HURAKAN is deeply engaged in the industrial design of intelligent inspection equipment. This inspection robot project completes full-chain closed-loop design services from demand dismantling, scheme R&D, structural optimization and prototype testing to process implementation and mass production. Abandoning impractical conceptual design, the team conducts R&D entirely based on complex industrial inspection working conditions, equipment operation standards, field environment adaptability and mass production assembly logic. We connect with core mass production links such as mold development, structural tolerance calibration, waterproof and seismic testing, and hardware adaptation debugging throughout the process, strictly control every detail with rigorous engineering implementation thinking, completely solve the problem of disconnection between design and mass production, and deliver high-stability, high-adaptability and scalable integrated intelligent equipment design solutions for clients.

Aiming at the industry pain points of traditional inspection robots such as bulky shape, serious appearance homogenization, loose internal structure and weak environmental adaptability, HURAKAN has carried out all-round innovative upgrading of the product. In terms of styling, it adopts minimalist industrial aesthetics of technology. The integrated streamlined fuselage with neat and tough structural lines weakens the heaviness of traditional intelligent equipment. The overall shape is simple, capable and full of a sense of technology, which perfectly adapts to multi-scenario inspection environments such as parks, electric power, industrial and mining areas, and computer rooms, creating a highly recognizable visual system for intelligent equipment. Structurally, we reconstruct the internal spatial layout of sensors, battery modules, walking mechanisms and heat dissipation systems, and optimize the integrated modular structure. While ensuring core performances such as autonomous cruise, accurate identification and stable endurance, we simplify redundant structures and optimize the body protection framework, which greatly improves the equipment's trafficability, impact resistance and environmental adaptability, and reduces the difficulty of equipment assembly and later maintenance.

人机交互与智能操控层面,团队围绕运维人员作业场景优化整体操作逻辑与使用体验。科学优化机身显示屏、操作按键与状态指示灯的布局倾角,功能分区清晰直观,设备运行、故障预警、巡检数据等信息一目了然,大幅降低人员辨识与操作成本;远程操控界面简化繁琐操作流程,优化人机交互逻辑,支持一键启停、定点巡检、数据回看等核心功能,适配不同运维人员的操作习惯。同时优化机身降噪与散热结构,改善设备长时间运行工况,有效提升巡检作业稳定性与实操便捷性。

In terms of human-computer interaction and intelligent control, the team optimizes the overall operation logic and user experience around the operation scenarios of maintenance personnel. We scientifically optimize the layout and inclination angle of the body display screen, operation buttons and status indicator lights, with clear and intuitive functional partitions. Information such as equipment operation, fault early warning and inspection data is clear at a glance, greatly reducing personnel identification and operation costs. The remote control interface simplifies cumbersome operation processes and optimizes human-computer interaction logic, supporting core functions such as one-key start-stop, fixed-point inspection and data review to adapt to the operation habits of different maintenance personnel. At the same time, we optimize the body noise reduction and heat dissipation structure to improve the long-term operation condition of the equipment, effectively enhancing the stability of inspection operation and practical convenience.
