HURAKAN focuses on full-process design services for high-end industrial equipment. For the three-axis frame equipment project, we participated in the whole process including demand research, scheme polishing, structural optimization, prototype sampling, process docking and mass production follow-up. Combining equipment operating conditions, assembly standards and production techniques, our team refined every detail, strictly controlled tolerance matching, material selection and assembly logic to avoid disconnection between design and production. With solid engineering implementation capabilities, we delivered complete and mass-producible design solutions for the client.

针对传统三轴设备外观刻板、框架结构笨重、空间利用率低等行业痛点,我们开展系统性创新设计。外观采用一体化流线造型,精简冗余构件,塑造利落干练的工业视觉形象,同时打造统一视觉调性,强化产品辨识度;框架部分优化力学结构布局,在保证承重、刚性与运行精度的前提下简化整体架构,有效缩减设备体积,提升结构稳定性与空间适配能力。

To solve the industry pain points of traditional three-axis equipment such as rigid appearance, bulky frame structure and low space utilization, we carried out systematic innovative design. The integrated streamlined shape removes redundant components and creates a neat and professional industrial visual effect, while establishing a unified visual style to enhance product recognition. We optimized the mechanical layout of the frame, simplified the overall structure on the premise of guaranteeing load-bearing capacity, rigidity and operating precision, which effectively reduced equipment size and improved structural stability and space adaptability.

在人机交互与操作体验板块,我们基于人体工学重新规划操作区域、操控面板与检修口位置。合理调整操作面板倾角与按键布局,划分功能分区,降低操作人员的操作难度与视觉疲劳;同时优化设备走线、检修通道与防护结构,兼顾日常操作、后期维保与作业安全,让设备在功能性、易用性与安全性上实现全面升级。

In terms of human-computer interaction and operation experience, we re-planned the operation area, control panel and access door positions based on ergonomics. The tilt angle of the panel and layout of buttons were rationally adjusted with divided functional areas, reducing operation difficulty and visual fatigue for operators. We also optimized wiring, maintenance passages and protective structures to balance daily operation, later maintenance and operational safety, achieving an all-round upgrade in functionality, usability and safety.

During the design implementation phase, our team cooperated with the factory to complete multiple rounds of prototype testing, working condition simulation and parameter adjustment. We balanced design innovation, service performance and production cost, selected high-strength and wear-resistant industrial materials, and optimized processing and assembly procedures. While ensuring operating precision and service life, we reasonably controlled manufacturing costs, enabling the innovative design to fully adapt to large-scale production and laying a solid foundation for market promotion.
