HURAKAN took the lead in the full-process industrial design and mass production implementation of the hydraulic tail handle shearing machine. We strictly complied with the working condition standards of heavy-duty shearing equipment in hardware processing, precision molds and mechanical manufacturing industries, and followed the safety specifications and mass production process requirements of hydraulic equipment. We carried out full-dimensional demand research and scheme iteration with the client’s R&D, hydraulic process and mass production teams. Focusing on core difficulties such as high-strength hydraulic shearing, overall load stability, high-pressure sealing protection, vibration and wear resistance, waste cleaning and maintenance, and heavy-load workshop adaptation, we verified the overall frame load-bearing tolerance, hydraulic module layout, sealing protection structure, sheet metal process standards and disassembly maintenance adaptability one by one. Through multiple rounds of high-pressure shearing simulation, overall vibration durability testing, on-site working condition commissioning and prototype process optimization, we solved common industry pain points of traditional shearing machines, ensuring all design schemes fully adapt to heavy-duty industrial mass production standards and realize accurate restoration from design structures to terminal equipment.
