In terms of styling design, HURAKAN breaks the homogenization drawbacks of traditional pneumatic pipeline transmission terminals such as rough shape, messy splicing, heavy industrial sense and scene disconnection. The team reconstructs the integrated pneumatic and bearing structure inside the transmission terminal, scientifically optimizes the air duct layout, buffer structure and limit components, effectively solving the problems of material transmission jitter, stuttering, deviation and falling, and greatly improving transmission stability and accuracy. The upgraded integrated fully enclosed opening and closing structure optimizes the sealing strip and fitting technology to prevent dust and sundries from entering the pipeline and avoid air leakage, ensuring the internal cleanliness of the pipeline and stable transmission power. Meanwhile, the innovative modular split structure enables independent disassembly and maintenance of the core transmission, opening and closing, and induction components of the terminal without overall disassembly, greatly reducing later operation and maintenance costs and downtime. The reinforced impact-resistant body structure adapts to high-frequency uninterrupted operation conditions. The terminal is equipped with a high-definition visual operation interface, which simplifies the core functional levels such as material transmission, site selection, start-stop control, fault query and operation monitoring. The intuitive operation logic reduces public use threshold and operational error rate. We optimize the operation height and opening-closing damping feel of the fuselage to fit the conventional human operation posture, ensuring smooth and labor-saving material access and stable opening and closing without impact noise.
