HURAKAN took the lead in the full-process industrial design and mass production implementation of the visual dispensing machine. We strictly complied with the precision dispensing working condition standards of 3C electronics, precision hardware, new energy accessories and other industries, and followed the mass production process specifications of automated intelligent equipment. We conducted comprehensive demand decomposition and scheme optimization with the client’s R&D, visual algorithm and production process teams. Focusing on core difficulties such as high-speed visual positioning, micro-precision dispensing, body dust and stain resistance, stable operation of motion modules, consumable replacement and production line integration, we verified overall assembly tolerance, internal motion structure layout, sheet metal molding parameters, sealing protection process and touch module adaptability one by one. Through multiple rounds of high-speed motion simulation, visual alignment condition testing, prototype iteration and process optimization, we solved common industry pain points of traditional visual dispensing machines, ensuring all design schemes adapt to mass production and realize accurate restoration from drawings to finished products with solid full-link practical capabilities.
