HURAKAN took the lead in the full-process industrial design and mass production implementation of the sodium hypochlorite generator. We deeply complied with the application standards of municipal water supply, sewage treatment, swimming pool disinfection, industrial circulating water and other scenarios, and strictly followed the safety specifications of water treatment and disinfection equipment to carry out in-depth research with the client’s R&D, process and production teams. Focusing on core working requirements such as corrosion resistance, closed reaction, water quality stability, pipeline leakage prevention, long-term continuous operation and daily maintenance and disinfection, we verified the overall module layout, electrolytic reaction chamber structure, pipeline arrangement, sealing process and shell protection standards one by one. Through multiple rounds of working condition measurement, structural simulation and prototype iteration debugging, we solved common mass production pain points of traditional disinfection equipment, realizing standard design, accurate implementation and standardized finished products with rigorous full-link practical experience.

HURAKAN breaks the industry shortcomings of traditional sodium hypochlorite generators such as rough shape, scattered structure, cumbersome operation and single scenario adaptation, and realizes multi-dimensional innovative upgrades in shape, structure and human-computer interaction. In terms of shape, it abandons the extensive and bulky appearance of traditional water treatment equipment, adopts an integrated minimalist and regular body design, optimizes the overall proportion and facade lines, and reduces the heaviness of industrial equipment. The corrosion-resistant and weather-resistant shell material balances aesthetic texture and working condition adaptability, meeting the visual standards of municipal factories, water workshops, public venues and other diverse scenarios. In terms of structure, the modular zoning integrated architecture is adopted to regularly integrate electrolytic modules, liquid storage cavities, pipeline systems and electronic control units, optimizing internal fluid paths and ventilation structures to improve liquid production efficiency and operational stability. The optimized split disassembly structure simplifies filter replacement, pipeline maintenance and cavity cleaning, and the enhanced sealing and anti-corrosion structure adapts to long-term continuous disinfection operations. In terms of human-computer interaction, we optimize the touch panel height, inclination and functional zoning according to operation logic, simplify the processes of parameter adjustment, equipment start-stop, fault early warning and data traceability, reduce professional operation thresholds, and improve equipment maintenance efficiency and operational safety.
