HURAKAN took the lead in the full-process industrial design and mass production implementation of the powder material sending station. We strictly complied with the working condition standards of powder conveying in chemical, new material and building material industries, and followed the industrial equipment specifications of explosion-proof, dust-proof and closed conveying. We carried out full-dimensional demand research and scheme optimization with the client’s R&D, fluid process and mass production teams. Focusing on core difficulties such as closed powder conveying, blockage and leakage prevention, negative pressure dust removal, body wear resistance, stable operation under heavy load and modular disassembly maintenance, we verified overall frame load-bearing tolerance, internal material path layout, sealing structure technology, sheet metal protection parameters and module assembly standards one by one. Through multiple rounds of powder conveying simulation, working condition durability testing, dust sealing measurement and prototype process iteration, we solved common industry pain points of traditional powder equipment, ensuring all design schemes fully adapt to industrial mass production standards and realize accurate restoration from design structures to terminal equipment.

HURAKAN breaks the industry shortcomings of traditional powder material sending stations such as rough and bulky shape, disordered structural layout, weak closed protection, poor dust control and cumbersome operation and maintenance, realizing all-round innovative upgrades in shape, structure and human-computer interaction. In terms of structure, the functionally zoned modular integrated architecture rearranges the layout logic of silo conveying modules, negative pressure dust removal units, pneumatic conveying systems and electronic control protection structures, optimizes the separated layout of internal material paths and air ducts to fundamentally avoid powder blockage and dust leakage. The innovative split quick-disassembly structure greatly simplifies pipeline dredging, filter replacement, cavity cleaning and equipment maintenance processes, and enhances the overall wear-resistant, dust-proof, closed and explosion-proof performance to adapt to long-term high-load continuous feeding operations.
