In terms of modeling design, HURAKAN breaks the industry homogenization drawbacks of traditional precision dispensing machines such as rigid shape, rough industrial texture, disorderly exposed components, chaotic visual hierarchy and low adaptability to high-end workshops, and reshapes the professional visual form of high-end precision processing equipment with the minimalist order aesthetics of precision automated equipment as the core. The whole machine adopts an integrated closed regular fuselage, adopts neat straight lines and accurate block division logic, sorts out the visual order of equipment movement modules, control areas, heat dissipation windows and maintenance areas, weakens the bulkiness of traditional industrial equipment, and creates a precise, clean and rigorous temperament of high-end processing equipment. Aiming at the clean working conditions of dust-free workshops and precision processing factories, the equipment shell is made of high-rigidity anti-oxidation plates and anti-static and dust-proof coatings, matched with industrial low-saturation professional color schemes, which have practical attributes such as oil resistance, easy wiping, anti-static and corrosion resistance, and adapt to the clean management standards of high-precision production environments. The team finely optimizes details such as fuselage splicing gaps, corner chamfering, hidden external wiring and standardized interface storage, removes redundant exposed structures, and unifies the overall visual language of the equipment. At the structural level, the team reconstructs the internal transmission module, dispensing actuator and circuit and air circuit layout of the whole machine, and adopts a compact integrated structure design, which greatly compresses the equipment floor space and improves the site utilization rate of dust-free workshops while ensuring micron-level dispensing accuracy and high-speed operation stability. We upgrade the fully enclosed dust and glue fog prevention structure and zoned convection heat dissipation system, which effectively prevents dust and glue fog from invading internal modules, reduces the failure probability of equipment stuttering, blockage and accuracy deviation, and prolongs the precision operation life of the equipment. Meanwhile, we optimize the modular split disassembly and assembly structure, simplify the processes of movement core maintenance, glue circuit cleaning and parts replacement, and greatly reduce equipment operation and maintenance difficulty and shutdown loss. At the human-computer interaction level, conforming to the operation habits of technicians in debugging, parameter setting and daily operation and maintenance, we optimize the inclination of the high-definition touch screen and the layout of operation areas, simplify the logic of complex parameter debugging, and add intelligent functions such as visualized process data, real-time operation track display, intelligent fault early warning and parameter memory storage. We clearly divide the operation area, debugging area and high-risk movement area to lower the professional operation threshold and effectively improve equipment debugging accuracy and overall production efficiency.
