在造型设计上,突破传统医疗设备笨重刻板的外观局限,融入极简医疗美学理念,采用流畅一体化曲面造型,搭配医疗级哑光白与浅灰配色,弱化工业设备的冰冷感,适配现代口腔诊所简约洁净的空间氛围,同时通过线条比例优化提升产品辨识度,实现功能与美学的高度统一。
In terms of styling, we broke through the bulky and rigid appearance of traditional medical devices. Adopting minimalist medical aesthetics, we designed a streamlined integrated curved shape with medical-grade matte white and light gray color scheme, reducing the coldness of industrial equipment and fitting the simple and clean space of modern dental clinics. Meanwhile, optimized line proportions enhance product recognition, achieving a high unity of function and aesthetics.

结构设计层面,秉持高效集成与安全耐用原则,创新采用模块化分层结构,将真空发生、气液分离、降噪系统独立分区布局,既便于后期拆机检修与部件更换,又能减少运行噪音传递;优化内部风道与密封结构,采用食品级密封材质,实现 99.9% 气液分离效率,杜绝液体回流风险,同时延长设备使用寿命至 10-15 年,大幅降低维护成本。
For structural design, adhering to the principles of efficient integration and safety durability, we innovatively adopted a modular layered structure. The vacuum generation, gas-liquid separation, and noise reduction systems are arranged in independent zones, facilitating later maintenance and component replacement while reducing operational noise transmission. Optimized internal air ducts and sealing structures with food-grade sealing materials achieve 99.9% gas-liquid separation efficiency, eliminating liquid backflow risks, extending the equipment lifespan to 10-15 years and significantly reducing maintenance costs.

人机交互设计聚焦医患双重体验,贴合临床操作习惯优化操控界面,将负压调节、运行状态显示、故障预警等功能集中于机身正面倾斜式面板,医生无需转身即可便捷操作;机身高度与推拉把手尺寸适配不同身高医护人员,移动省力平稳;多重降噪设计将运行噪音控制在 60dB 以下,减少患者诊疗焦虑,提升就医舒适度。
Human-machine interaction design focuses on dual experience of doctors and patients. Optimized for clinical operation habits, the control interface integrates negative pressure adjustment, operation status display, and fault warning on an inclined front panel, enabling doctors to operate conveniently without turning around. The body height and push-pull handle size adapt to medical staff of different heights for labor-saving and stable movement. Multiple noise reduction designs control operating noise below 60dB, reducing patient anxiety and improving medical comfort.
