HURAKAN participated in the entire process of industrial design and mass production implementation of epidemic prevention automatic detection equipment. Based on the strict application standards of public health equipment, we deeply cooperated with the client's R&D, production and quality inspection teams. Focusing on core requirements such as high-frequency public scenario use, rapid detection, dust and antibacterial performance, and portable deployment, we verified the overall structural tolerance, module integration adaptation, shell material selection and overall safety protection standards one by one. Through multiple rounds of prototype testing, scenario simulation commissioning and process iteration, we solved industry pain points such as cumbersome disassembly and assembly, difficult cleaning, weak scenario adaptability and poor mass production consistency of traditional detection equipment. The design scheme is optimized in accordance with mass production process specifications to ensure seamless connection between design and mass production with solid full-link practical capabilities.

HURAKAN打破传统防疫检测设备造型生硬、结构单一、操作繁琐的固有短板,在造型、结构与人机交互维度完成全方位创新升级。造型上摒弃笨重的工业器械观感,采用一体化简约弧面机身设计,线条流畅干净,适配医院、社区、商超、园区等多类公共场景视觉调性,同时机身哑光抗菌材质的搭配,兼顾美观性与卫生安全性;结构上采用集成式模块化布局,将检测模组、传感系统、供电模块规整分区集成,简化设备拆装维保、清洁消杀流程,同时优化机身自重与支撑结构,兼顾设备稳定性与移动便携性;人机交互层面贴合公共场景高频快速检测需求,精简操作界面功能布局,优化屏幕视角、按键触控区域与设备采样操作高度,降低操作人员学习成本,适配高强度、高效率的常态化检测工作场景。

HURAKAN breaks the inherent shortcomings of traditional epidemic prevention detection equipment such as rigid shape, single structure and cumbersome operation, and achieves all-round innovative upgrades in shape, structure and human-computer interaction. In terms of shape, it abandons the bulky industrial equipment appearance and adopts an integrated minimalist curved body design with smooth and clean lines, adapting to the visual tone of various public scenarios such as hospitals, communities, supermarkets and parks. The matching of matte antibacterial shell material takes into account both aesthetics and sanitary safety. In terms of structure, an integrated modular layout is adopted to regularly integrate the detection module, sensor system and power supply module, simplifying equipment maintenance, cleaning and disinfection processes. The optimized self-weight and support structure balance stability and mobile portability. In terms of human-computer interaction, we simplify the functional layout of the operation interface and optimize the screen viewing angle, touch area and sampling operation height according to the high-frequency and rapid detection needs of public scenarios, reducing the learning cost of operators and adapting to high-intensity and high-efficiency normalized detection scenarios.
