In terms of styling design, the team breaks the homogenization drawbacks of traditional dry powder sprayers such as bloated shape, messy lines and excessive industrial sense. The overall smooth and rounded body outline removes redundant structures, and the body proportion fits the handheld holding logic, minimizing the overall volume and weight to realize portable and wearable attributes. Abandoning cheap high-bright tones, it adopts low-saturation matte color matching, balancing the practical attributes of dirt resistance, wear resistance and easy cleaning with simple and advanced visual texture. The team reconstructs the integrated cavity structure of internal powder storage, powder guiding and powder spraying, optimizes the proportion of air duct and powder outlet caliber, accurately controls the powder spraying volume and uniformity, and solves the industry pain points of powder blockage, powder flying and discontinuous powder output of traditional products. The upgraded fully wrapped sealing structure and precise clamping assembly process completely avoid powder leakage during transportation, shaking and inversion, greatly improving the sealing performance and stability of the product.
